you know them pregnancy pillows, whats the best?

can't get to sleep on a night, get back ache, how do them C shaped ones or V shaped ones work?

or am i best getting the big 5ft body piloow one?

i used a widgey and then used it later for breast feeding. i'm selling it actually if you are interested.

I've used a V shaped pillow for years - had spinal injuries whilst pregnant - used it for nursing - now use it when reading in bed. Can't understand how people can live without them! I wouldn't use it as a conventional pillow though (prefer goosedown) and I used a conventional one for my bump area when pregnant.
