So I'm coming up to 30 weeks now. Last night and again today I had this pain in my mid back and across my tummy like belly button height. It felt like a tight squeeze around everything but it was burning too. Last night I took my codeine which I'm on for SPD which eased it off after about an hour but today it lasted about half an hour and I didn't take pain relief. It was so so sore! I've text my midwife about it rather than ring because it has gone away and isn't regular or anything.
Could this be braxton hicks or does it sound like something else? I've googled but can't seem to work out if braxton hicks can last that long or not.
