At 8 weeks, I was the same. I wasn’t hungry all the time, but very frequently, and the moment it happened it was a race to work out what on earth I could tolerate eating, to find it, and to get it inside me. And yes, it becomes very boring.
You will probably find that it eases in a few weeks. At 11 weeks, I generally felt less sick, and after 12 weeks I both often felt better and began to have both a little bit of time between starting to feel hungry and being absolutely required to eat straight away, and a little bit of choice in what I could eat (not free choice! But anything was an improvement).
At my worst, I wasn’t getting dressed, and would lie on the floor waiting for DH to prepare the exact food I needed in the correct way and bring it to me. (Poor DH. He has been so patient and obliging.) I couldn’t really do anything until I’d been fed. I would wake up between 4.00 and 6.00 and have to eat breakfast straight away (I’m still doing the waking, at nearly 14 weeks, but now I can often get back to sleep, and I can wait, like, 10 minutes for breakfast when I do get up!) or I’d start gagging.
It really should get better for you in a few weeks. But this bit is the worst, and you have all of my sympathy.
