Any suggestions on where to go in the U.K. for a few days for a pre baby spa break? Xx

Just remember that you can't use the sauna, steam room or jacuzzi! Personally I'd leave the spa until after baby arrives!

We went to St Bride’s Spa Hotel near Tenby when I was about nine weeks - booked before I knew I was pregnant! Their outdoor infinity hot tub is heated to 37 degrees so safe to use. They also do a pregnancy package as one of their spa treatments. Tenby has nice shops, restaurants and beaches and is just a short drive away,
