27 weeks and can’t tell movement or gas

I’m 27 weeks with my second baby. I’ve got anterior placenta again. I am totally paranoid about movement. I’ve been getting a lot of gas and bloating this pregnancy and am at the point where I just can’t tell whether baby is giving me kicks or whether it’s gas rolling around. I’ll get big movements I can feel outside and even see, but then can pass gas shortly after which makes me doubt it was the baby. Someone tell me I’m not on my own. I feel like a crazy person

I’m actually really starting to get down. We had 2 miscarriages between having our son and this pregnancy. This all being well will be the last time I’m pregnant and I so want to enjoy it, but I’m just constantly worrying

If it helps at all, I have never, in all my life, had gas that feels anything like a baby moving around (particularly not by the 27 week point) or that I could see / feel on the outside. And I am a very gassy person. It sounds like baby to me, although obviously can't say for certain.

If baby is moving around this may be causing you to pass gas shortly after they've repositioned and freed up a space, rather than the movements themselves being gas.

If you are really worried, please speak to your midwife for reassurance.

Thank you. I just don’t know any more. Certain movements I know are baby. Other movements like this morning I was like baby? Or last nights Rojan josh??? They were pretty aggressive movements though. I’m pretty sure it had to be baby!!!
