Help! I've had really bad eczema on my hands and have been using Betnovate cream and only just seen online you're not meant to use if pregnant!!!! Talk of low birth weight and foetal abnormalities like cleft palette. Now I'm worried sick. Anyone know anything about these creams and using when pregnant. I'm SO worried x
