Can u use Iglu on ulcers when pregnant?

I've been using yesterday and today but realised I may not be allowed to as pregnant! 🤦🏼‍♀️

It's the only thing that I find helps, I've tried nearly everything going. I suffer from recurring ulcers.

Pls help!

Ps I am 24 weeks

Not sure about Iglu, but I had recurring ulcers and my dentist said I was likely deficient in something, probably Iron? He was right, started taking supplements and they went away.

There's a mouthwash that's really good, I'm sure it would be safe in pregnancy- let me go and look up the name

Thanks. I've suffered with ulcers all my life and I've tried corsodyl but unfortunately it doesn't do much. They're v persistent and stress related.
