Hand hold / Advise for 4th time pregnant after 3 miscarriages

Hi ladies, Just wanted some handholding / advise if I can. I have had 3 miscarriages (2 MMC) had 3 early scans and in all of them I have never had good news. I have had every test under the sun and apparently no reason for MC. My last one was last October and as I am currently 42 years old I kind of thought maybe it’s time to follow a different path and let the dream go. My mum had menopause at 41 and I was getting symptoms that I thought could have been menopause but turns out I’m 6 weeks pregnant! I have so many anxious thoughts, I’m a size 16, I will be 43 if all goes well, my husband was born with Spina Bifida but had an op when a baby and he is all fine but the worry I have over everything is unreal! I had spent 9 months trying to come to terms that being a mum wasn’t what my life was going to be and now I don’t if I’m strong enough to lose a 4th. Not sure I have a question I just needed to write it down and if anyone has any positive stories I would appreciate it. I am debating an early scan but it’s never gone well so I’m in two minds. Thanks for reading.
