Sooooo here goes
Me and the hubby have been tryin for nearly two years now a few days ago on my due on day I tested with a cheapy test and was convinced there was a barely there faint line so I went and brought the first response test did one and got my BFP
I tested again the next day with the remaining first response test and got another fainter BFP
Tested again the day after that with a cheapy BFN 😪 then that evening I started to bleed - taking myself to A&E the blood tests showed a negative HCG the doctor believes I’ve had a very early miscarriage but I’m doubting myself now! Cud I just have been a couple of days late? (I’m never late but have had a lot of stress lately) and got a false positive? Or have I miscarried? I’m so confused my heads all over the place I don’t know how I’m meant to feel

Anyone else experienced anything like this? Any advice wud be greatly received xx

💐

This is the problem with such early testing, and I suspect it's impossible to know for sure one way or the other.

It sounds like a classic chemical pregnancy - a positive test getting fainter and then bleeding. Sorry Thanks

False positives (especially 2/3 in a row) are really really rare. Agree it sounds like a very early miscarriage Flowers

It does sound like an early miscarriage OP. Sad

I learnt the hard way too, had a BFP and then started to bleed a couple of days later (on the day AF was due) I’d tested 3 days early and would’ve been none the wiser had I not tested Flowers
