31 weeks tomorrow, stitch like pains?

Sorry, first baby so clueless. Having pains at the bottom of my bump that are stitch like. It's been a while and it hasn't gone, not on one side just under the bump. Braxton Hicks or just nerve pain or should I be panicking?

Anyone?

I had similar last time and think it was down to overdoing things. Seemed to hurt more when crouching down to pick something up. Doesnt take much to pull anything.

I am 30 weeks tomorrow and have had the odd stitch like pain on both sides when walking to fast or even turning suddenly in bed

Okay knowing me I'm overdoing it then! Plus we're moving house at the moment so it is a bit hectic

Ive had this a few times from ablut 26 weeks. Usually when i was walking. Figured i just needed to slow down!
