Early labour?

Today I'm 37 weeks and I feel so nauseous and I'm having bad cramps& backache! I also have diarrhoea and all I want to do is sleep 😭 I can't remember how labour started with my 1st but could this be my body preparing me?

Usually ur body has a clear our before labour..

@Bigonesmallone3 I haven't lost my plug yet but with my first I didn't lose it until my contractions were 3 minutes apart

I think it's more common for it to go earlier on ur second.. I lost mine after a sweep at 38 weeks
