Anomaly Scan Panic

Hi all,
First time on mumsnet but trying not to have too much of a drama.
I have my Anomaly Scan today and i am really stressing.
I'm worried that i feel fine. I am 19 weeks and haven't felt any real movement. I'm getting watery discharge (Sorry overshare) and i can't help thinking this afternoon i'm going to get bad news. I feel like if something goes wrong i'll have let everyone down including my husband.
Any words of wisdom appreciated.

First of all it's normal to feel anxious, especially when you're not feeling much movement. There are lots of reasons you might not be feeling so much especially at 19 weeks. I used to find that a really cold drink of juice got my LOs wriggling .

Noone here can to tally reassure you, it's great that you have your scan today. You need to get the idea of letting people down out of your head, when you're growing a little person you have no control over anything, you just have to hope you get to the end with a healthy baby; which I'm sure you will. Firstly, I felt the exact same way (I actually went to the hospital at just over 18 weeks as the watery discharge was so heavy I was convinced it was my waters or an infection....it was all fine!!). Turns out I have an anterior placenta too which is why big kicks took a while to be felt.
I'm almost 28 weeks now and while I've been feeling little bubbles for a while but just proper kicks in the past week or so.

If, god forbid there is something that is found, please please never think that it's something you've done. But remember that the chances are low of any issues ❤️

Please don't worry yourself.
