So, I'm mortified to start a thread on such a title, but here I go again, just woke myself up with the loudest snoring. I never snored before, but started noticing that I did a few months back and it's got progressively worse. I'm 36 weeks. My DP tells me I do it, and I sometimes wake myself up with it! Even if I'm having a half hour nap I do it.
Has this happened to anyone else? I'm hoping once baby comes it will disappear!
Google says it's normal and is due to hormones and restricted nose passage due to baby putting pressure on diaphragm. Please someone tell me they are snoring like a man too! 😳

Wait until you've given birth, that's all I can say. The snoring on a post-natal ward has to be heard to be believed.

Sorry, not helpful Grin

I had this! 3 weeks post partum now and the snores have gone Smile

Woke DH up with it last night again. It’s perfectly normal!

I’m just giving him a taste of his own medicine anyway 😂

I started snoring in my first pregnancy. She's 9 and I've been a snorer ever since! On my third pregnancy now and I sound like a warthog.

Glad I'm not the only one!
Makeawish I don't want to end up like you then! Grin
Not long left, I will see if it goes once baby is here!

My snoring is terrible at the moment. Frequently wake myself up with it.
DP felt the need to record it and share with everyone so they can see how he’s suffering with this pregnancy😀

38 weeks here and snoring like a pig! I wake up with an awful sore throat.
It’s always stopped after the birth in my previous pregnancies.

I wake myself up when I'm just drifting off for a nap on the sofa with that first snore! It was never a problem before being pregnant, but DP tells me I'm a nightmare now and too large to roll over. I'm sleeping in the nursery/spare room a lot, which isn't so bad as there's also a lot more room for me to roll about and get comfy!

We're all pigs! 😂
