Just that...

I'm just 18 weeks and looking forward to feeling the baby moving but not sure how I'll even know when it happens as it's my first so no idea what it will actually feel like?

Me too! I'm 18 weeks, haven't felt anything yet.

Can't wait until I do :)

A bit like bubbles popping! That's what mine felt like! It's such a nice feeling when you realise what it is, enjoy when you do!

You probably will feel little flutters soon if your laying on your back especially! But those first proper kicks you'll likely feel around 20+ weeks! It all depends on what way your placenta is situated! An anterior placenta which is to the front will cushion movements! Be patient they'll come soon you'll be woke out of a lovely sleep by a little kick to the ribs lol

Also joining :) 18 weeks with first. Felt a couple of pop's and things but nothing that's definitive x

Some people say they feel like flutters but it's never felt like that for me personally. It always felt more like a subtle rolling sensation and popcorn popping. At first it's not always noticeable but you're time will come :)

Exciting isn't it!! I am 18 weeks with my first and I can feel regular little 'pokes' now. Started at 16 weeks but felt more like fluttering then... Thought it was gas at first but it was baby Smile

Ahh I remember these days well of wondering if the little flutters I was feeling was baby (it absolutely was) I’m now 36 weeks and feel like baby is trying to burst through my belly button most the time 😂

Sweepington · 10/12/2018 23:42

I felt like a muted pop at 15 weeks. You’ll know when you feel it! I got kicks early as well, by 25 weeks she was kicking so hard she moved my work lanyard 😯

Mine felt like the type of muscle twitch you get in your eye or leg sometimes.
