Stabbing pain

Hi all,

I'm
Around 8-9 weeks pregnant and for the past hour have been getting stabbing pains in my lower left abdomen.
They keep coming and going in waves.

Is this just normal pregnancy stuff or should I be worried? Don't remember having this with DD

I have just had this exact same thing for the past 2days. Ended up getting an appt at EPU and all was fine. I’m just 8 weeks! Apparently it can be something called the corpus luteum.

I've never heard of that. Will google it now.
Glad everything was ok with you and baby :)
I'm just worried about ectopic. Probably worrying over nothing!

I had the same thing.

Was admitted to EPU with suspected ectopic but everything was absolutely fine :)

Get it checked out to be on safe side.

Thanks for your replies. Decided to sleep on it and if it stayed or got worse, get it looked at.
Woke up this morning and no pain :)
