Hi everyone

I am 32 weeks 6 days pregnant with twins. My hips, groin and pelvis have been painful for weeks and these past few days my pelvic area and groin are so painful and i can feel a burning sensation....Almost like carpet burn or chaffing but in that area! It’s also really hard to roll over in bed now and it feels like there is literally nowhere for the babies to go now. I have had comments from family and friends telling me my bump has dropped slightly, I think I am being paranoid but does this mean I coming towards the end? Will I be going into labour soon?😳

Sounds like Symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD) to me. Not necessarily anything to do with going into labour, but a condition that can arise when your body starts to relax muscles in preparation too early. I developed it at 15 weeks, was signed off work and had to use a walking aid for remainder of pregnancy. I went into labour at 38+5. As well as pain it can make your pelvis unstable. Avoid bearing weight on one leg, roll over in bed with knees together, and try to rest to avoid it getting worse.

I am 29 weeks and I have had terrible burning pain in both my hips for a few weeks now. Sad
It’s worse at night and when I’m driving
