It's not weird. It could mean something or nothing. Only time will tell. Not a terrible idea to see a gp if it gets heavier - but brown blood is old blood and likely from the embryo bedding in...

Hi @mumoftwo1988, shall we hold each other's hand? I'm also 6 weeks and have had some brown spotting. I'm hoping it remains brown or goes away. I had some brown with DD1 at 9 weeks. It was just an old implantation bleed. I once mc at 6 weeks and that started brown but then turned into fresh red blood. It's quite an anxious time!

How are you today @mumoftwo1988 ?

I don't seem to have had anymore spotting overnight or this morning.

I've had some spotting as well, started at 6+3. Just a tiny amount of brown blood when I wiped maybe once a day or so.

Had a scan this weekend and the baby is developing just fine.

I read somewhere that you can sometimes get a little bleeding when your period is supposed to be due, which if you've got an average length cycle would be around the 7 week mark.

Good luck with the scan!
