gender scan advice

hiya I am having a gender scan later on today I am 15 and 1 day - its a private scan and they have very clear pipctures and my baby has always been very active - has anyone had a gender scan this early andf it been right?

Most places won’t book them for before 16 weeks, I’m surprised they booked you in for it

I didn’t think they did them until 16 weeks? My local scanning clinics don’t. It’s not an issue with the clarity of the image, it’s because the genitals often aren’t visible until then.
They’ll probably be able to give a very good educated guess.

I had mine at 15 weeks it was very clear and could tell straight away

The clinic I work for will not do a gender scan if the baby measures less than 16 weeks and I think most are the same, I’d call them an rearrange if I were you

Yes I've had one at 15 weeks and they were right, it was a girl :)
