Do stretchmarks get worse with every subsequent pregnancy???

Hi, I had a few stretchmarks with my first pg but the second time around they were much much worse. I am now expecting my third, just wanted to know will they inevitably be much worse again????

Like you my stretchmarks got worse with 2nd pregnancy but DS2 was 3lbs heavier than DS1 so put it down to that. Now also pregnant with third so hoping they don't get any worse!!

May be speaking out of turn at only 28 weeks but so far mine are no worse. Am sure by this stage last time most of them had cropped up.

i got 2 extrastretch marks in my second pg.. (they continued on two of the old ones just about a cm each one extra..) I am 37wks with my third and have no new stretch marks.. (that I can see anyway!!!)
