Period 4 days late

My period is 4 days late, I've been on my period for 6 years and never once been late. I was on the pill and stopped taking it one month ago and my period was normal but now I was expecting to come on my period 4 days ago and still haven't came on, I have been feeling sick and breasts have felt sensitive I have also felt very fatigue and going to toilet more frequently. Could anyone give me any advice on what it could be, thank you

These could be side effects of coming off your pill. Obvious answer though would be to take a pregnancy test in a week or so 🤷‍♀️

When you’re on the pill, your period isn’t a true period and is regulated by the pill, so being regular whilst on the pill doesn’t mean that your periods would be regular off it. Your body will likely take some time to adjust to the change in hormones. By all means, take a pregnancy test if you’re worried, but the likelihood is that your body is adjusting and finding its own pattern, which may well not be the same as it was when you were on the pill.

Well if you've had sex you might be pregnant it might just be your period regulating as people have said. Only you know!
