Am i having a miscarriage??

I had a MC over a month ago, and i found out i'm pregnant again (so soon i know), so i'm very early on - around 2-3 weeks,
Amyways, every time i go for a poop, when i push, some light brown with a pinkish twinge (once dark) spotting comes out of me. It's only when i'm pushing that it comes out.
I'm also getting cramps (stitch-like on my left side under my ribs). I feel i have constant trapped wind!

Could this just be leftover blood from my MC in which the pushing is helping push it out; could it be implantation cramps and bleeding; or is it more likely a miscarriage? What does everybody think?

Btw the spotting is coming out the front hole not the back, since when i wipe it's on the tissue too

Spotting is normal - didn't have any with DC1 but have with DC2, if it's only on wiping it's probably fine but it's very early days.

Re. the pushing with the poop thing - obviously sometimes a little is necessary but you shouldn't be 'pushing' unless it's stuck (like halfway lol). Just stay fully hydrated and have more Fibre if you're needing to actually "push" every time you poo. Trust me, don't stress your bum parts with bearing down if you want to avoid hemmoroids and pelvic organ prolapse in the future.
