Just had a sweep

My notes say 'cervix soft, central, admits a finger, sweep done'. She said she touched the baby's head.
40+6 today with first baby if that makes a difference?

Anyone know if this sounds positive? Not sure what to do with myself now, is walking the best thing?

Feeling okay, just a bit crampy like i need to use the toilet.

I was like that after my sweep, I went for lots of walks around our neighborhood and bounced on my ball! I lost my plug that night. Try go for short walks and rest lots, you'll need your energy

Sounds positive, seems like you have a ‘favourable’ cervix which is already starting to dilate. Good luck!
