Pregnant or not pregnant on the implant?

In need of advice especially from people who have been in the same position...
I've had my implant for 1 year, maybe less. I take pregnancy tests every 2-3 months to keep my partner calm because he just feels more comfortable with it.. And this month it was positive! So... 2 days ago, positive Poundland test in the morning. That evening, negative Poundland test. The next morning, positive pound test from Tesco... That evening, negative from the doctor... The next morning (today) negative test that the doctor gave me, taken this morning.. And negative cheapie this afternoon. Doctor just told me if his test wasn't a yes, I'm not pregnant. I thought you couldn't get false positives? Also, less than 1% chance of pregnancy on the implant. I'm so confused and worried. My partner is freaking out and I don't think he wants this if I am pregnant but he's convinced I must not be and I, as I've also had nausea for the past few days now, think I could be?
Any advice or opinions please? Help!

No real advice. Other than I thought there were 0 pregnancies that had occurred while someone was on the implant.
Some women have been pregnant, not realised and had implant put in.
Some women have failed to change implant when it's out of date and got pregnant.
This was the information i was given when I went onto the implant. But that was 6 years ago

No contraception is 100% effective. But the implant is the gold standard in terms of efficacy. 1 in 1000 women will get pregnant using the implant. Was it your first morning urine that the doctor tested? If not it may have been too diluted which gave the negative result. Maybe test again with first morning urine or visit your local family planning clinic with a sample of your first morning urine and ask them to test. Good luck

My implant has been in just less than a year :) it's a less than 1% chance to get pregnant on it. I've got nausea and the 2 positive tests. Then the few negatives too! Doctor tested my evening urine. He said the test wouldn't show negative in the evening if I'm pregnant it would always show pregnant but I also thought the same as you. I've worked out though my last period would have finished the 17th Nov. It was light so wasn't long ago at all

Any bleeding you get on the implant isn’t a period though. The implant causes irregular bleeding for lots of women due to the effect of the progesterone dose.
