Boobs leaking at 18 weeks?

So I'm 18wks 5days pregnant today, with DC2. For the past couple of weeks I've experienced kind of like a dull ache in my left boob, and now today I've noticed both of my breasts have been leaking a clear liquid? It's only when you put pressure on them or squeeze the nipple slightly, just a bit confused as this didn't happen in my previous pregnancy? I know it can be totally normal for boobs to leak in pregnancy but I didn't expect it this early? Thought if this was going to happen it would happen in the third trimester, not at 18 weeks? Plus it isn't anything yellow and creamy like colostrum, it's clear and watery?

Yes normal. Mine started about then. I’m 33 weeks now and it’s turned creamy I’m assuming it’s now colostrum

Totally normal second pregnancy here ds is 9 and I've also leaked from 18 weeks! Not a lot but nipples are always damp
