Does brown blood mean Miscarriage??

Hello, I had a D&C last month, i got a negative test within 2 weeks.
I am now getting faint positives on Internet Cheapies and i had a faint positive on ClearBlue Easy Read (i will attach pics, dont think camera picks it up well).
The Amazon Cheapies pic shows the tests i took over 4 days, it goes from no line to a faint line (hopefully you can see from the rubbish camera focus).

Anyways today, i've had some brown mucus/discharge :( i had a light pink spot 2 days ago, and now this :( i'm so scared it's another D&C!! I am having cramps too - stitch-like.
Is this normal for early pregnancy??

I’m sorry to hear if your miscarriage.

Every pregnancy I have had has involved lots of cramps and I’ve bled to some extent in three pregnancies that have progressed. I’ve also had a miscarriage where I still didn’t bleed seven weeks after my baby had died.

Thank you for the positivity, i need it! I'm praying it could just be old blood leftover from previous MC

Also implantation bleeding is very common, or an irritated cervix.
