Blinking weight gains

I know all my weight gain (excess) came at the front whereby I ate my way through morning sickness... and iv been doing really well since that passed at 18 weeks... at that point I'd gain over a stone.. I'm now 30 weeks and approaching the 2 stone mark and it's stressing me out!

If I divide the weight gain by the weeks I am it's just under a pound a week... but iv got potentially 10 more weeks to go!!!!

Just a rant really xx

That doesn't sound excessive to me! 2 stone isn't just u remember, it's baby, water, boobs, lots of things.. don't concentrate on what the scales say as long as u and ur baby r healthy..

I was very sweaty for a few days after birth the midwife said it was common just the body getting rid of fluid so bring on the sweats!! I was very constipated too and prescribed laxatives which shifted the fluid too . Don't worry it comes off and you'll be very surprised how much comes off on it's own without u noticing as ur so wrapped up in the baby bubble ❤️

I put on 4 stone with each of mine - dd3 is now 11 weeks old and I’ve lost 3 stone so far, the rest will hopefully be off soon!!
