Hi, I'm currently around 9 weeks. I've been suffering badly with morning sickness only this weekend ive had a lot less trouble, eating out both days, less heaving and no actual vomiting. We've been out all day today and walking a lot and I've got home really tired with bad lower back pain and horrible nausea but no sickness still. Whilst busy this weekend it's not been a problem, still have a bad taste in my mouth but I've eaten and drank better than I have in weeks. Slightly concerned by back pain as Im not far gone, would you think it's a concern? TIA

I could have written your post word for word, this stage is the hardest I think. Speak to your midwife if you're concerned but sounds (unfortunately) normal to me

@Blondebrunette1 I had quite bad back ache in the first trimester. I think it's all our bones softening to get ready for everything to start stretching or something like that lol I just remember reading it somewhere.
Obviously if your concerned then ring MW but I think you'll be fine 😊

Back ache us normal, especially if you've been walking around. Symptoms come and go and change over time. Try not to worry.
