Nausea from dairy?

Hi ladies
I had pretty bad nausea which seemed to have got better at 16 weeks but yesterday I had milk (thinking I should be able to tolerate it) and I’m feeling really sick again. Aaaargh it’s so annoying. Did anyone else have this?

Was it just milk you had or did you have it in tea or coffee? I’m fine with nearly everything now but can’t have caffeine. Anything at all coffee, tea, chocolate. All makes me feel so queasy. Unfortunately it’s just trial and error finding the stuff that makes you pukey and avoiding it.

Some aversions last the whole pregnancy - I couldn't stomach meat when I was pregnant at all but was fine after DS was born.
