Overdue - pain when walking

I'm 40+1, not had too much in the way of pains before now, just the odd period pain that only lasts a few mins over the past couple of days.

I know walking is meant to be good to getting the baby moving down , so trying to do that every day. Today I've had a little walk round a few shops and as always, I end up feeling a pain in my bump when standing/walking for too long, does this mean I should keep going or stop?
Today's a little different as I've come back and sat on my ball and I've got pains (tmi sorry..) in my vagina and sometimes my back. Don't wanna get my hopes up in case it means nothing but it's hurting more than it has before. (Knowing my luck it will fade to nothing soon)

So, sorry to waffle on, my main q is, should I keep on walking about,is the pain a good thing?
