Just wondering if anyone else suffered from this? I'm 16 weeks and have had it a few times recently, not actually fainted as I recognise the signs and sit down with some food/water till it passes. I've not contacted the midwife as I was under the impression it was fairly normal?

Fairly normal, unless you are actually passing out. At about 16/17 weeks I was taking a stall to the kitchen sink to be able to do the washing up without feeling like I was going to keel over. Make sure you are super super hydrated. I found I needed a mad amount of water from about 12 weeks. However much you feel like you need, double it and you’re close!

Could be low iron levels.

Are you taking pregnancy supplements?

Thanks for the replies both Smile

I am taking pregnancy vitamins, I have a history of low iron levels so could be they've dropped. Back to eating plenty of spinach
