Low lying placenta & breech baby

So at my 20 week apt I had a low lying placenta I'm now 28 weeks and on top of that because it hasn't moved baby is breech. Fingers crossed I know she still has time to and the placenta has time to move as well. Any ladies in the same situation or been through the same and what was the outcome. X

I had both these issues. Placenta moved up by 35-week scan, baby turned head down by 37 weeks (when I had another scan as I needed to make a decision about ECV, moxibustion - personally I had decided to decline these, though I did do various spinning baby exercises which just stressed me out to be honest).

The only thing I'd say is keep an open mind, there is still plenty of time for both of those things to chnage, but of course no guarantee. I was inititally devastated about the idea of an ELCS, then read so much about it that I swung to the other extreme and was disappointed and felt totally unprepared for vaginal birth when I was told a C section wouldn't be necessary. I'm now 39 weeks and feel open to whatever happens, but I think just relaxing and looking into all the possibiilities
earlier would have saved me a lot of stress.

I’m in the same boat, got 34 week scan in 2 weeks so see if it’s moved. Baby is in 97th percentile, measuring incredibly big so perhaps a c-section not the worst thing to happen if that’s the case!
