Hi everyone, it’s my first pregnancy and I’m struggling massively. I’m only 8 weeks and for the past 2-3 weeks I have nausea all the time, literally every minute of the day - even after I eat. I also have uncomfortable pain/pressure in my belly, a bit like a cramp. The pain I can kind of deal with but I’m struggling with the nausea as it’s all the time, even walking from one room to another is hard work. Anyone else have

Hiya, I'm now 11 weeks and the nausea is easing but I was exactly the same at 8 weeks. As for the pain - is it cramping or something else? Your uterus and ligaments will be changing so feeling some stretching is normal. As long as there isn't any bleeding with it. That's what my midwife told me. I have endometriosis so have been able to feel most of the stretching, it's been painful, but it's my normal endo pain so I know nothing to worry about.

Thank you so much for the reassurance - I’m struggling to even do simply things around the house due to the nausea so I’m praying it will start easing off soon!!! The pain is more like cramping and pressure - there is no bleeding which is good but it’s more uncomfortable than painful the majority of the time. Congratulations to you! :)
