I should be about 6 weeks based on when I ovulated. LMP was 10/10/18.
I had a scan today. First I had an abdominal one, they could see a sac measuring 6 weeks and a yolk sac. However no baby.
They then scanned me internally and could no longer see a yolk sac and could now see a sac measuring 5 to 5 and a half weeks.
They were unsure whether it would be a viable pregnancy or not so they took my blood. My HCG came back as being 2555. They said this is within the normal range for 5-6 weeks however a bit on the low side. They also said that after your HCG is in the thousands they should be seeing much more on a scan.
I’m having repeat bloods on Sunday so won’t know anything until then but just looking for some advice in the meantime. I don’t really know what to think. I’ve had 4 pregnancy losses in the past year so another won’t be a surprise.
