Hi over the past couple weeks i was having cramping and pressure on my pelvis heavy feeling to wee ...

anyways on tuesday dr said i had a urine infection as had blood and white blood cells she gave me anti biotocs but im still having the really bad cramps diarrahea (sorry for tmi) and pain in my lower back ...

i phoned to get my results today and they told me to phone back if symptoms dont dissapear i have explained they have got worse since anti biotics not better.

so now waiting on a call back from dr im 24 weeks with 4th baby and it feels like pre menstrual camps with back pain and comes and goes throughout the day...

Can anybody sugest what is going on i feel dizzy shakey and tired too and have a anterior placenta so my little girls movements are still a little bit everywhere.

It could be that you need different antibiotics. There's a few types for UTI's but only one that's ever worked for me.

That being said, I'd say you need to call and get checked with the pains you've described to rule out pre term labour.

Good luck Thanks

When you say dr do you mean GP? If yes and you are worried about the baby ring the hospital number on your notes and ask them for advice.

Does it feel like early labour?

Courtneybrown · 30/11/2018 17:08

It feels like the start of early labour gp has had a look though and all closed down there so very confusing ... really needed my mind put at rest as feeling very on edge this pregnancy keep saying i think she's going to come very early xx

Then I would ring the hospital. Trust your instincts, you have done this three times before and you know what early labour feels like.

Yes i think your right i just hate the bloody look as if your bothering them haha

Didn't want to read and run. But I had this a few weeks ago. And had a uti had the antibiotics and still after 9 days was in pain. Turned out I had got e coli in my kidneys and needed different antibiotics but it took for me to go to triage for them to tell me this. X
