Hi, I just wanted to get some opinions! I'm 5w+6 days. Almost every day I've had period type cramps, often pain when peeing (like bladder ache, not like burning) and bloating/trapped gas type pains. I'm not sure if this is normal or something is wrong. I've had not spotting or bleeding, but I have stopped having such severe mood swings like I had right at the start. Just panicking something's gone wrong, or was never right to start with.
I'm 32 and it's my first pregnancy. Got a private scan booked for 7w+3 to hopefully confirm heartbeat. Just so worried I've got too excited too soon.
