Hcg levels

I was hoping someone on her might be able to offer advice.
I had a miscarriage 6 weeks ago.
My levels have been slow to go down and I’m still getting pain and bleeding.
Last week my hcg levels were 12, but have now raised to 20.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Can you phone your epu? If you are still having pain and bleeding, you might have retained some tissue? If you've have sex, could you be pregnant again?
I'd phone and check, they will want to see you for sure x

I’m under the epau, they don’t seem to really know.
I have been going for over 5 weeks. Just take blood, say they will phone with a plan. When they call just say will do more bloods in a few days.

Could you ask them for a scan to check your womb? My epu did this with me to check for leftover tissue xx
