Debriefing After Birth

My local Trust runs a service for women wanting to go through their birth notes with a Professional Midwifery Advocate in order to understand what happened and why (a PMA is qualified midwife of some experience, specialising in advocacy for women and improving quality in services through staff and service development. PMA's used to be called Supervisors of Midwives).
The service was called 'Birth Afterthoughts' but many women don't like that name. Hence, we want to call it something that women can relate to. I have been asked to canvas service-users. Any suggestions??

I think mine was called a birth review but I'm not keen on that either if I think about it- sort of sounds like a test or a discussion of a test. Afterthoughts is terrible though. I like birth reflections as suggested.

Mine was called a birth debrief which I didn't like the sound of.

Birth reflections is a great name.

Mine was birth reflection but it was with matron of midwives and consultant. It was 2 hour long as I had lots of issues to raise.
