Process chicken nuggets

Quick question...
Are processed nuggets from Iceland precooked. My mother in law made some today and they were very hot inside but I swear a bit pink, could this just be cos its processed meat or should I worry?

Please be kind, I'm aware this is my multiple food thread, just a first time mum who so far has done everything right. Don't want nuggets bring a worry!

Why wouldn’t they be okay? They will have been pre-cooked and as you said were hot inside.
Food is only suggested to be avoided if it could cause food poisoning which your body wouldn’t deal well with in pregnancy. If you feel fine, you are fine.... it’s not like smoking or drinking which cause long term damage to the baby.

Worse for the baby is your constant anxiety and stress, just relax 😊

In the kindest possible way, it’s going to be a very very long 9 months for you if you worry about everything you put in your mouth.
If they were hot in the middle they’ll be absolutely fine.

You seriously need to speak to somebody professionally about your food anxiety. You've posted a few threads like this now. The anxiety will cause more harm to your unborn baby than any of these foods will. I don't mean to sound harsh, but you are really going to struggle if you don't get this sorted.

Read the NHS food guidelines. Don't read anything else or listen to 'well-meaning' friends and family. All this stress will be far worse for your health than a chicken nugget.

It could just be that they weren’t 100% breast meat. The leg meat is usually a little darker/pinker.

As long as they were hot then you’ll be ok :)
