Is anyone else having trouble with their gums? I’m so embarrassed as I’ve always looked after my teeth and when brushing I honestly look like some sort of cannibal it’s horrible! I’m 20 weeks today and it’s got worse, I went to the dentist around a month ago and she explained the hormones etc and to go back in January. I’m so worried I’m going to loose my teeth!

I also have this awful brown sticky stuff on my teeth every morning, again it looks like I’m a hill billy it’s grim 😩 has anybody got any tips or recommendations for mouth wash? I floss regularly and have corsodyl mouthwash (I don’t use it every day as I know it can stain)

I had gingevitis when I was pregnant. It’s totally normal and really common. Keep brushing and talk to your dentist. DS is 9 months and everything has gone back to normal for me
