Morning all, just looking for a little advice if anyone can help? I'm 34 weeks tomorrow and since around 11am yesterday I have had pains all around my bump, although mainly towards the middle/top and more when I'm sitting than standing. It wasn't unbearable but I did take some paracetamol before bed incase it did get worse, had an ok night's sleep but woke up this morning to it going again. It doesn't have a set pattern like contractions, could it be baby getting himself engaged? He has been moving a lot more than normal the past 24 hours as well, I woke up in the night with him moving which is not his usual pattern. I'm not in agony by any means but I am obviously uncomfortable, no show, discharge anything like that either...

I would get checked out. Any movement which is outside of usual pattern should be checked, irrelevant to whether it's more or less movement. Always better to get checked out

Any change in movements must be checked. This means an increase as well as a decrease. Likely everything is fine but my friend's baby was distressed and the only sign was significantly increased movement.
