Looking for a bit of advice here

I Am currently 8+1 weeks pregnant with baby number 1. For last few days I have felt sooooo unbelievably sick. I've had no appetite and have gone off food altogether (obv have still been forcing food down)

I've been physically sick at least once a day for the last week and have several spells of bolking with nothing coming up. All perfectly normal right? All of this I can handle.

What I've started to get is really horrible churning in my stomach which is relieved a little with constant really sicky, sore, burny burps which are so uncomfortable and unpleasant. Has anyone else had this? (Its not heartburn)

May be worth noting pre pregnancy I have had problems on and off with my stomach and acid reflux so may be related to this. (Was treated by docs with lots of drugs)

Has anyone experienced this or possibly have any home remedies? Really struggling.

Hi OP

9+3 here and ive been suffering with horribłe stomach pains and gas/wind together with acid reflux since before 5 weeks (its worst at night and after eating). I think it’s all perfectly normal!

@crittertamer oh it's awful isn't it? And so painful! Have you found anything that helps? Am considering phoning the doc but I imagine they won't give me anything for it

To be honest there isn’t much that helps - I just rest and keep as still as I can or try to doze for a bit until it passes

lots of people on other threads are prescribed omeprazole and/or ranitidine, ask your GP :)
