38 weeks is labour approaching

I’m 38 weeks pregnant and keep getting really bad period pains and lower back pain I also keep being sick and have had the poops so bad that I now have really bad piles! :( someone please tell me this might mean baby is on its way

That described my ‘going into labour symptoms’.

(But also, the last few weeks are so uncomfortable it might just be nothing)

It’s killing me I’ve had a horrible pregnancy I’m just so fed up I would just like to eat without being sick sleep and poop with out almost crying sorry tmi
