im 7 weeks pregnant and im bleeding dark red this morning. please help

found out that im pregnant a week ago. i had history of miscarriage and its now my second pregnancy. i had my check up last Thursday everything is OK. then today when i woke up i saw blood on my panty. my next consultation is on Thursday and i cant wait im so afraid. anyone here experience this who can lift me up. im crying right now.

It's incredibly scary when this happens. Unfortunately I've got experience of this going both ways, onto a miscarriage or a healthy pregnancy and there's no way of telling what will happen without a scan. Can you try to get in touch with your GP in the morning for a referral to early pregnancy unit? Or I think some of them let you refer yourself.

Thing is any where you check on internet you will get loads of examples of good outcomes and some of bad.
For what it’s worth on Tuesday I had a bright red bleed so it was in the toilet with my Irvine and when I wiped saturated the toilet roll. It didn’t return but on Wednesday I had bad cramping so went to a&e then early pregnancy.
As I had had gyne surgery in September and was getting left sided pain the a&e doctor thought it might be miscarriage that was ectopic.
To my surprise and delight it was none of those things and a heartbeat was found measuring 6 Weeks 1 day.

We’ve been trying to get pregnant for nearly 6 years and I thought the battle was won. But it’s not is it? Every day feels like a battle of anxiety just trying to get through day without bleeding (I’ve had some brown mucas discharge intermittently throughout but not overly concerned) though this morning I have unrelenting cramp at top of knicker line so anxiety levels on high.
I can’t sustain this level of anxiety for 9 months.
I have another prearranged early scan this Tuesday so fingers crossed,

And to add sonography could find no reason for my bright red bleed.

I bled 3 times during my successful pregnancy (also miscarried previously) and they never found a reason but everything was ok. Could you call your GP on Monday and see if they can refer you for an early scan to see what is going on.

thank you for all the support. my next sched will be on thursday but i cant wait. i will go to my doctor tomorrow and have a scan.as of this writing i still have small bleeding dark brown with mucus. i had a miscarriage last september 4 this year and got pregnant again after a month. hoping it will not affect my baby. crossed finger. hoping everything is OK. i have faith.
