try and eat small amounts (toast or ginger biscuits) regularly and drink lots of water, it will pass before you know it

First trimester is worst IMO. Also look up seabands on amazon for the morning sickness. They helped me

Oh I feel for you. Mine didn’t start until almost 8 weeks first pregnancy but this time it started week 5!

Google and try all the tips you can - seabands, ginger, eating little and often, crackers, eat something before you even move let alone get out of bed in the morning, ice lollies (I liked the mini callipos) can help with hydration BUT if you don’t find anything does the trick and you are still feeling wretched then do call your Dr - there are medications which can help and are safe to take. I spoke to two Dr’s before I accepted the prescription but it really did make the difference between coping and not. It is better for the baby for you to be able to eat/drink and manage! Plus if it is the start of more severve ms or even possibly HG then as I understand it early treatment can help it not get out of hand.

You have got this, it is hard, but there is help and support available and better days are coming!

I was sick before l even knew l was pregnant . Its so horrible and you have my full sympathy. Do try all the things above but its not unusual to be sick so early. And your doctor won't be much help as there is not much they can do. Rest as much as possible and eat little and often. Little snacks. I found dry cream crackers helped a tiny bit.
Its not easy. Mind yourself.

I was sick from week 5 till around week 15. I tried everything but nothing eased it. I just got used to it in the end and when it stopped I made up for it by eating everything I could 😄
