Hello! Has anyone used one after baby and it made a difference?
I have had one baby and didn't use it and my tummy was wobbly and muscles split.
Now 8months gone and wondering if I should try one? Any recommendations?

No experience personally but I've also been looking into these recently and would love to hear from anyone who has tried. So replying to follow...

Also replying to follow! I had a similar experience minus the split tummy muscles, but the wobbly, empty-feeling tummy and the fact it felt like my intestine were about to fall out of my foof was enough.

Jojo Maman also sell post natal support leggings- they're cheaper at £20 a pair, so I'm definitely getting at least one pair of those while I weigh up the belly bandit.

I bought a girdle before giving birth last time, and wore it from a day or two postpartum for a few weeks maybe. I can't say if it made any difference as I don't have anything to compare with!

However, it did take away that horrible floppy empty feeling where my bump used to be, and made me feel more 'secure' and kind of together, if that makes sense?

I got my figure back ok, though the skin on my belly was obviously looser than before. A slight split in abdominals, but not consider too bad by the physio, I had good stability in the core when assessed 10 months later.

I say go for it, it can't hurt and if you don't get on with it, you don't have to wear it!

Bump for any more info
