Hello everyone,
I found out recently that I am 6 weeks pregnant, while I am delighted I am equally worried as I am a high risk pregnancy due health issues. I am on top of things health wise, as much as I can and got myself booked etc.
I want to try and relax and enjoy the phase even though I can barely get out of bed , so I would like your advice on things you have done that early on that were useful or you did enjoy. Anything from books, groups, courses, classes, really anything 
I do appreciate any bits of advice as all family and friends live in other countries.
