Hello everyone,
I found out recently that I am 6 weeks pregnant, while I am delighted I am equally worried as I am a high risk pregnancy due health issues. I am on top of things health wise, as much as I can and got myself booked etc.
I want to try and relax and enjoy the phase even though I can barely get out of bed , so I would like your advice on things you have done that early on that were useful or you did enjoy. Anything from books, groups, courses, classes, really anything Grin
I do appreciate any bits of advice as all family and friends live in other countries.
Thank you all in advance Smile

Congratulations on your pregnancy.

The link to this book was in the back of my notes and so is NHS recommended and very useful.

See whether there is a thread in the antenatal clubs section on here for women due the same month as you. It’s good to have people to chat to :)

Sign up to an email service (Emma’s diary/NCT/Start 4 Life) so that you get weekly emails about your week of pregnancy.

That’s all I have for now. Congratulations!! X
