Is this a faint positive??

Hello everyone!!
Back story - had a miscarriage 3 weeks ago at 6 weeks 4 days :( Took a pill to make sure everything was out then took the low-sensitivity pregnancy test they gave me to take last week which came back negative so i knew my baby had gone :(
Anyways, me and my partner have been trying to conceive again (i know research is very mixed, but some studies show that conceiving soon after actually reduces the risk of another miscarriage) so i'm praying.
Anyways, I bought a huge bulk of amazon One step strips (because theyre cheap) so I thought i'd take one now so if i can see if there is a line there and compare the rest to this one -see if they get darker,
But it's come back with a faint line?? Even though the one i took last week was negative?? Am i being hopeful here??
I dont think I could be since i've been bleeding brown blood (like a period) for 2 days - actually i swear it is my first period after MC. But then i get my hopes high by reading about breakthrough bleeding??

I'll attach an image and see what you think, i'll take another in a few days to see if it's darker or lighter!
How sensitive are One Step tests? Since they have mixed reviews on Amazon?

Ah, I bought these cheapy ones from Amazon too... they are shite! I got a v similar thing, barely visible line. I got a poundshop test to confirm and it was a faint but definite positive!

You could well be pregnant based on the pic; I'd buy a different test and see what that says, honestly, these test strips were complete rubbish for me.

Thanks for your reply! Yeah the Amazon reviews are very similar to yours but I thought these would do since theyre so cheap! I thought I might take another one next week, since if it is leftover product from MC, it should be getting lighter.

When i was 6 weeks, the clearblue digital came back as "3+", my levels dropped quick as last week it came back as "1-2 weeks" and sunday my low-sensitivity test confirmed negativity. Therefore, my levels dropped so quick that this week the clearblue should be "not pregnant" and i was expecting this to have no line!
But only time will tell! I'll keep my fingers crossed but my hopes low xx

That definitely looks like something but I would probably wait a week before testing again to avoid heartache.

It probably is leftover tissue from MC but we've been having unprotected sex for 2 weeks now, I was gutted when I started bleeding again since i was hoping to be one of the lucky ones that get pregnant asap after their MC,
I had implantation bleeding last pregnancy but that was pink spotting for 2 days, this is brown and definitly looks more like a period so my hopes are not high about being pregnant,
I only took the test as a starting point for TTC, wasnt expecting a line after my negative last week,
Maybe i should do a clearblue digital next week and see if this weeks have gone up or if it comes back 'not pregnant'

It's much more pink in real life, phone camera just wouldnt pick up colour

Bump -any successful stories of bleeding but still being pregnant?
