I'm currently 25 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I've been pretty good with not eating foods on the banned list, but didn't realise tiramisu was on it!
A colleague brought some homemade tiramisu in and I indulged (it was delicious!
). She didn't use any alcohol as she knows I'm pregnant and I haven't had any other caffeine today.
I've read that the reason it's a 'no' is mainly because of the raw eggs. She did use raw eggs but assured me they were lion stamped. Is this okay? I tend to worry way too much!
