How many times do you get up to go to the loo in the night? I have to get up at least twice every single night, more often it's three times a night. I'm getting so tired of doing this, but obviously i cant stop drinking water or anything. Will it ever stop?!!!

Yes, the kids have been finding it quite entertaining lately too - my DS (13) now offers me a hand every time I have to get up bless him! Shame he's not there in the night though...

I got loads MORE sleep when DS was born - had been up at least 3/4 times a night for a few months before that. what a relief!

RG are you doing your pelvic floor exercises? Part of its just because you're pregnant and you're bladder is hypersensitive but part of it is to do with your PF muscles. For women who aren't pregnant and need to wee all the time part of the treatment is regular PF exercises. Apart from that not much u can do unless u want to start wering nappies yourself

Pheebe, not doing exercises as such, but am "pulling it in" quite a few times a day. I never had this problem before i was PG so think it's deffo just PG related (thankfully!).
