Hi all,

First pregnancy and am 4 weeks 4 days (sorry, don't understand any of your terminology yet).

First appointment December 14 with GP and early scan December 17th (private)

I've started to get a twinge especially when I turn to grab something in my office on my chair. Almost like a pull but quite painful. Is this normal? The pain goes after about 5-10 seconds.

Thanks for your help

Where is this twinge? If it's low down at the sides (ovaries) then I get that too, I'm now 10+1 and still get it..

Sounds like round ligament pains. Very common especially in the first trimester when everything is stretching.

Hi yes, it's low down and at the side, mostly the right and when I lean to reach something. Glad it is normal. Very nervous.
